Tajikistan violated the agreement and has opened fire again. This was reported by the Border Service of the State Service of National Security.

According to information, as of 18:30, the situation in the Kyrgyz-Tajik section of the state border remains tense.

The Tajik side opened fire on the positions of Kyrgyz border guard forces in the villages of Kulundu and Jany-Jer in the Leilek District.

The use of multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) by the Tajik side was recorded in the Batken region.

The Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic is taking all measures for a complete ceasefire and de-esca of the conflict.
